These terms cover your use of Sendare AI Studio at https://sendare.co. By uploading a photo or buying credits you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Sendare turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video in the style of a selected template, using third-party video models (currently Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance). Results are generated by AI and can vary in likeness and quality.

2. Your photos and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, your own pets, or adults who have explicitly agreed to appear in an AI video. Photos of children under 18, celebrities or public figures, and anyone who has not agreed are not allowed. You keep the rights to your photos and give us permission to process them only to make your videos.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Content Standards

Because Sendare AI Studio provides AI video generation, you must strictly comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are strictly prohibited from uploading inputs or generating, sharing, or attempting to generate videos that contain or promote any of the following six prohibited categories:

• Pornography, Nudity & NSFW Content: Sexually explicit material, nudity, non-consensual sexual content, or adult/erotic imagery of any kind.
• Violence, Gore & Harm: Graphic violence, bloodshed, gore, self-harm, torture, animal cruelty, or incitement to physical harm or illegal acts.
• Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that attacks, demeans, bullies, or promotes hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Child Safety (CSAM / Minor Exploitation): Any upload or generation involving minors (persons under 18), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or child exploitation. Zero tolerance applies.
• Deepfakes, Non-Consensual Likeness & Impersonation: Using photos of any person without their explicit consent, impersonating real individuals (including celebrities, politicians, or private individuals), defamation, fraud, or spreading deceptive misinformation.
• Copyright, Trademark & Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading or generating content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or proprietary assets without authorization.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement Mechanism

Sendare AI Studio enforces multi-layer content moderation across all video generation requests:

• No free-text prompts: Users cannot enter their own prompts. Every video is made from one of our fixed, pre-written templates.
• Automated photo screening: Every uploaded photo is checked by an AI vision model before it can be used. Photos that appear to show a child, nudity or violence are rejected.
• Model safety filter: Each render also passes the Seedance 2.5 provider's own content safety filter, which can refuse a photo or an output.
• Violation handling and takedowns: If an upload or generated video breaks this policy, we block the render, delete the photo and video from storage, and may cancel the order's remaining credits or refuse further orders without refund.

5. Reporting Violations & Abuse

If you discover any AI-generated video or uploaded content from Sendare AI Studio that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, infringes your copyright/trademark, or uses your likeness without consent, please report it immediately to support@sendare.co with the video link or order reference and a brief description of the issue. We review and act on all abuse, privacy, and takedown reports within 24 hours, removing confirmed violating media immediately.

6. Using your videos

Subject to the Acceptable Use Policy above, you may download and share the videos you make for personal and social-media use. Templates reference popular internet trends; music, logos and footage from those trends are not included and belong to their owners.

7. Payments and credits

Packs are one-time purchases processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. There is no subscription. Each video uses 100 credits. Credits are tied to your order page link, do not expire and have no cash value except under our Refund Policy. Keep your order link safe: anyone who has it can view your videos and use the credits.

8. Availability

We rely on third-party AI models and may change or retire templates. If a render fails, its credits are returned automatically.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
