Refund Policy

1. Failed renders

If a video fails or times out because of a technical or model error, or the model refuses the photo, the credits for that video are returned to your order automatically and you can try again.

2. 14-day money-back

AI likeness depends on the photo, lighting and angle. If you are not happy with a result, email support@sendare.co within 14 days of purchase with your order reference (it starts with SND-) and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. After a refund the order's remaining credits are cancelled; videos already made stay available.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Waffo, our merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
